Pagan polytheism, spiritwork, mysticism, godspousing… are these part of your world? If so, then this blog might interest you.
This space will eventually contain potentially useful tips for your spiritual practice, personal experiences for additional perspective, and the occasional bit of theological speculation.
However, none of that is intended as a statement of absolute truth because personal experiences with gods or spirits cannot be scientifically proven as empirical fact.
Therefore, this blog should not be seen as an authoritative or scholarly source. It is merely a chronicle of thoughts related to various mystical practices.
For now, this blog is primarily written for godspouses or spirit spouses who might be looking for community, support or encouragement. Less often, this blog may provide educational material for those curious about godspousing, spiritwork, or deity work.
About Me
Hi, I’m Mischievous Heretic, or the Heretic for short.
Why’s that? Because let’s face it: spiritwork, mysticism, and certainly godspousing are frequently outside the lines of established religions. People who practice these are frequently viewed as heretical, so why not state that right upfront?
My main deity is the god Pan, but I also maintain multiple devotional relationships with other Greek deities. I practice a form of Hellenic Polytheism, but that’s becoming more focused on Pan and other deities associated with him.
Spiritwork has been a part of my life for the last 40+ years. I still practice it as needed. But since I became a godspouse several years ago, my spiritual practice has increasingly centered around my relationship with Pan.
As a nonbinary person, I strive to make this blog a safe, sex-positive space for everyone. To that end, I’ll mark more explicit posts related to godspousing as adult material. Please respect that.
Hopefully you’ll find this blog thought provoking.
Enjoy, and may you be well!
